Terms & Conditions
By accessing and booking services through Hygiene Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms:
1. Services – Cleaning services are provided as outlined at booking. Additional services may be arranged for an added fee.
2. Scheduling & Cancellations – Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Less notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee. If we cannot access the property, the full fee may apply.
3. Payment – Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Late payments may incur a $15 fee.
4. Customer Responsibilities – Client must provide safe access, secure pets, and safeguard valuables. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or unsecured items.
5. Liability – We are insured and bonded. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.
6. Termination – Either party may end services with written notice. We may refuse service if unsafe conditions are present.
7. Governing Law – These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
